My Story

Graeme Glass MBChB, BSc, MRCS, PhD, FRCS (Plast) is a London-trained, internationally respected consultant plastic, craniofacial, and aesthetic surgeon. Dr. Glass is a highly sought-after aesthetic surgeon, specialising in face, neck, and brow lifts, rhinoplasty, and eyelid surgery. To complement his aesthetic work, Dr. Glass is an expert in managing children and adults with complex facial deformities.
As co-founder of the Qatar National Cleft, Craniofacial, Facial Palsy, and Microsurgical Services, Dr. Glass established an international hub of excellence for complex paediatric reconstructive surgery and pioneered some of the most complex facial and extremity reconstructive procedures ever performed in the region. This experience gives Dr. Glass a truly international perspective on his practice. In 2024, Dr. Glass moved back to London, where he now focuses on craniofacial surgery at the world-renowned Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. These skills make an immeasurable difference in the lives of hundreds of children every year and attract patients from around the globe.
As a former Associate Professor of Clinical Surgery at Cornell University, New York and Qatar, and a former Clinical Lecturer at Oxford University, Dr. Glass has published over 70 peer-reviewed papers and textbook chapters and has lectured internationally. His PhD, on novel stem cell therapeutic strategies, was awarded by Imperial College London and ultimately led to his role as Aesthetic Director of the health and wellness company LYMA, where he pioneered a novel approach to skin health and healing—developing a revolutionary skincare range and near-infrared cold laser. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, an elected member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Dr. Glass is a contributing editor for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, the world’s leading peer-reviewed clinical journal focused on surgical and non-surgical aesthetics. His ongoing interest in healthcare strategy and innovation led him to undertake an MBA at Warwick Business School.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Glass is a committed family man and is passionate about the electric guitar and martial arts, holding a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
